Isael Martinez is responsible for overseeing all operations and services offered by the Public Works department of the Town of Anthony. He started his career as a mechanic helper and gained increasing levels of responsibility and promotions, ultimately achieving the role of Public Works Superintendent. In his quest for knowledge, he has obtained several licenses and is currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. Isael is passionate about designing and building infrastructure and strives to develop skilled and knowledgeable professionals. He is guided by his motto to ensure that each project he works on is functional, safe, sustainable, and tailored to meet the community’s standards and needs.
Mr. Martinez currently holds TCEQ licenses: WATER OPERATOR D, WASTEWATER COLLECTION OPERATOR II, WASTEWATER TREATMENT OPERATOR C and is pending his license for WASTEWATER TREATMENT OPERATOR B.
